The theme for this show was violence, splendor and spectacle. I also read that the show was based on baroque mythological stories told in 17th century European firework displays or something like that in Dazed and Confused and Flaunt. Jordi, Tyler and I drove down to LA on Friday, March 2nd. We drove in Tyler's car on the 5 and it was hella crowded because it was the weekend.

The K*O*O*L*E*S*T part was when Peanuts came out and started spitting and barfing blood and then everyone started drooling and spitting blood!!! Badass!!

We stayed with Jordi's sister Jill at her apartment in West LA and she went to the shows with us. I made the reservation the first day that the number went up and I was so nervous that when we got there they wouldn't let us in. We actually made reservations for the second to last show for Saturday night but we ended up seeing both that one and the last one and Casey announced that they were doing extra stuff at the end. It was so amazing. First of all, the whole thing was set up with scaffolding inside this bombed-out bank building that they are turning into a hotel. For Invisible, Casey came out in an all-white fur suit, kind of like the abominable snowman then he opened it up and it was almost like a coat. They did the 15th on this escalatore that doesn't work anymore and all the dancers (there were eight) were lined up on it doing the same exact thing in unison with smoke pouring down from the next level. Casey was wearing this cool armor and helmet and his hair was totally red for this show, just like in the Flaunt pictures, with jagged edges in the back. He also wore a tuxedo with rhinestones down the side and the back of the jacket trailed off like twenty feet behind him (ok, maybe ten feet). Cindy and Lizzy were wearing ball gowns and had humungus awesome wigs on their head. They danced, too, and did sign language on this spinning disc during Sweetness. Casey got on that too. During Sweetness it was awesome, Casey had a missle launcher that he put on that exploded glitter all over the audience, plus it fell from the ceiling. The K*O*O*L*E*S*T part was when Peanuts came out and started spitting and barfing blood and then everyone started drooling and spitting blood!!! Badass!!During Tone Poem, which is my least favorite song (the slow one) I actually liked it for the first time. During that song Casey changed his costume and yelled at Peanuts a lot, because Peanuts sort of pretends like he is not part of the show, like he is a tech guy or something, but of course he is a big part of the show. So anyway it SNOWED (!!!!!!) during this song (Tone Poem). That was the most amazing thing I have ever scene in a concert. The lights were pretty cool too, I forget which song it was (probably Emerge) but the whole back wall was covered in like flash bulb lights, that's what they looked like anyway, but hundreds of them that kept going off. Peanuts wore a Cats sweatshirt in the first show we saw and then was wearing a t-shirt that said "Scientology Works" which was pretty funny. The most amazing part of seeing the show live, though, was the dancers. They dance so hard in your face that it is like being inside the best music video that ever happened, except its not on TV it is in your face. They were wearing red feather things and red fishnets and they also had cool wigs on. The two hottest dancers were Vanessa and Mindi (I asked them which ones they were when I got their autograph after the show). They danced so fucking fierce it was like they were gonna kill someone but at the same time they were really beautiful and graceful. The other dancers were good, too, but they were definitely the best and the hottest. The dancers did Fucker and Ersatz by themselves. Of course, Emerge was the final song and it was off the hoooook! Casey stripped down to a glitter jockstrap which was funny and Lizzy and Cindy were on the spinning thing. What was so cool was that by seeing two shows we got to see some songs twice, like Invisible and Emerge, but we also got to see everything, because they only did Tone Poem in the early show and the 15th in the later one but I think we saw everything. No question the most amazing show I have ever seen. I totally do not understand why they are not on MTV or some shit like that. Whatever, I guess you have to be the Backstreet Bitches or Britney Smears to get on
TV.
